By accessing or using AdQuest websites, dashboard, SDK, or related services ("Services"), you agree to these Terms of Service.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating a platform or dashboard account. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

You may not use AdQuest to distribute malware, commit fraud, abuse inventory, scrape without authorization, or interfere with other customers' campaigns or end-user experiences.

Quests, lotteries, and rewards

Quest rules, lottery odds, prize fulfillment, and eligibility are described in the dashboard and campaign materials. AdQuest may refuse or reverse rewards that violate fraud or eligibility rules.

Intellectual property

AdQuest branding, software, and documentation remain our property. You retain rights to your content and campaign creatives. You grant AdQuest a license to host and display assets needed to operate campaigns.

Disclaimers

Services are provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AdQuest is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or applicable law. You may stop using the Services at any time.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
